CEO Message
Greetings! I am Gong Yoon-Shik, CEO of POSCO PS-TECH.
As a specialized maintenance arm of POSCO, POSCO PS-TECH is committed to transcending traditional repair tasks by continually advancing our technical proficiencies. We're equally devoted to fostering an enriching work atmosphere, harmonizing individual growth and job satisfaction in a safe, enjoyable environment. Our commitment is clear: to be a socially responsible and trusted corporation.

Dear Employees!
As you commence your new roles within the POSCO Group, take justified pride in your responsibilities. To swiftly position ourselves as authentic Group ambassadors, we must align ourselves with POSCO's systems, operational methodologies, and corporate ethos. In particular, we should be front-runners in laying down an ethical business culture.

The tide has shifted; ethical conduct is now a non-negotiable business imperative. The standard of ethical governance is a key metric that shapes a company's competitiveness. Recent events have shown that lapses in workplace ethics—harassment, abuse of power with vendors, or other unethical actions—can severely undermine corporate reputation. As the CEO, I want to make it unequivocally clear that ethical governance tops our management agenda. I urge each of you to make the following commitments:

First, should ethics and profitability conflict, know that POSCO PS-TECH's governing principle will always prioritize ethics. All decisions and actions must fundamentally stem from ethical considerations. Specifically, we will exercise zero tolerance towards the four central unethical practices: bribery, embezzlement, data manipulation, and sexual misconduct.

Second, let us cultivate a corporate culture where mutual respect and consideration are the norms, extending even to our suppliers. We must proactively eliminate workplace harassment and abuse, thus ensuring a work environment that upholds each individual's dignity.

Third, adhere to transparent and equitable business practices and engage all stakeholders with the utmost ethical consideration. The reciprocal growth of our stakeholders will, in turn, elevate our competitive edge. We will direct our energy and focus toward achieving this mutual advancement.

In closing, let us engrain ethical values in our decision-making and day-to-day activities, shaping a secure and fulfilling work environment. Together, let’s forge a POSCO PS-TECH that grows and thrives alongside all our stakeholders.
